After payment, Dr. Jay will send you a "scheduler" email within 24-hours. Next, one day before your DNA Consult, Dr. Jay will send you a PDF DNA Report. During the phone/zoom call (your choice) Dr. Jay will simplify your DNA Report, prioritizing all your key genes that he considers important within your DNA data. Generally, he will give you a short list of priority supplements and a short list of priority blood tests that you should watch in the future. Remember: both 23andme and Ancestry.com test over 600,000 snps! This needs to be distilled.
During the consult, Dr. Jay simplifies this information to make it useful for your life and health goals. The consult includes your genes relating to best food choices or food sensitivities, strategies to fix anxiety/depression, heart disease prevention, gut issues, joint pain, disc pain, a short list of personalized supplements, detox issues, brain performance optimization (e.g. Alzheimer's risk prevention, energy, etc.) and much more. It all depends on your DNA.
Requirements: Ancestry, MyHeritage, SelfDecode, or 23andme "raw data" file (.txt).
These personalized sessions with Dr. Jay are done over phone, Zoom, or Skype (audio-only) after Dr. Jay has analyzed your DNA data from 23andme.com or Ancestry.com. The actual consult will be 60 minutes.
