This is the V.I.P. DNA Consult with Dr. Anthony Jay.
It includes an initial 1.5-hour DNA consult, a specific plan for your supplements and a highly specific diet plan. This initial consult also includes blood test recommendations specific to your DNA.
Note: it will be required to have some bloodwork done before starting the V.I.P. Consult and it will be required to have a DNA test done for the consult (23andme, Ancestry.com, MyHeritage, or SelfDecode). For blood tests prior to the initial consult, it is recommend you test: vitamin D3, testosterone, estradiol, progesterone, total cholesterol, glucose, HA1C, and ferritin.
Next, this V.I.P. DNA Consult includes 3 follow up visits: one visit in 3-months, one visit in 6-months, and one visit in 12-months. These will be approximately 30-minutes each and we will go over blood test results and make micro-adjustments to diet, exercise, and anything else that needs adjusting.
